    Ok ok you got me.

Alright before I spill the beans, and post all of dyno figures some specs of the car along with what it made.

Also there was an issue with the rpm pick up on the dyno.

Ok now that's out of the way my car is a 1995 m3 with 172k miles on its s50. Only mods were dinan tune with an AFE intake.

It made a healthy 219whp, and about the same wtq(rpm pick up was off).

Full exhaust swapped in consisting of Euro SS rep headers, euro ss race x pipe, and a euro scorpion muffler. Car made 229whp/229wtq.

Then RK tunes swapped in the 24lb injectors, and 540hfm(which turned out to not be working properly). Made some adjustments with the maf not proforming properly. It made 245whp/241wtq.

First graph showing just MPH with the stock exhaust/dinan/afe, same with new exhaust, and then tune with exhaust/540maf/24lb injectors .

    Now with wtq/mph

Now with Rpms (which was off by 1,000 or so rpms) hence posting mph to help.

Car feels a whole lot better every where. Next step will be getting the cams installed with s52 valve retainers (I have a set laying around), and new keepers.

Then back to RK tunes for a retune , and new maf.

I am talking about the muffler mating to the rear of the mid section.

Those are some nice looking results. I am debating what I want to do with my exhaust at this point. I will probably leave my modified stock mid pipe, and either take advantage of my current job giving me access to a weld shop and rebuild a stock muffler to be a straight through absorption type, or be lazy and spend the money, that I don't have, on an aftermarket. I like your setup though. I am also interested in your skateboard mods. Downhill skateboarding is my other hobby that I don't currently have time for.

Damn those are some good looking numbers and curves, especially from the 3.0. Really excited to see what the cams do. You said Epic Motosport Cams right? What are the specs on those?

According to Randy from they perform exactly like the sunbelt stage 2 cams.

I'll going to add resonators to the mid pipes just a bit loud for me.

According to Randy these cams with a proper exhaust/intake will makes about 275whp on a s52. If I make 260whp I'd be happy.

Ok cool thanks. By the duration numbers I would have thought they were similar to the mild shricks but I suppose its not always that simple.

I have the same setup as you (euro racelands, ss decat midpipe), except that I have the SS performance catback and had 2 200 cell magnaflow metallic cats welded in. It's still a tad too loud for my liking. I hope the resonators make a noticeable difference for you. In the past on other exhausts I didnt notice much change in volume by adding resonators. Right now I am dissecting the stock cats to replace the magniflows, but I was initially looking into using factory S54 cats. I don't think they would hinder flow, and I think cats are most likely the best option for reducing noise at this point.

Yes that's what many locals have told me as well. The dyno com dyno works great for newer cars as it can simulate the from wheels moving which prevents all sorts of issues.

It also can do 50% load on a car. Better for tuning.

275rwhp would be stout for sure. Lots of the sunbelt cars made in the 260's if I recall....
