There's several conversations going on here so....
Perhaps I should have qualified my statement. On cars produced before 1/95 there is no EWS2. That means no chips, no antennae rings etc etc. Those cars use "Double Lock". When those cars are put into double lock they will not start until the doors are unlocked. So if you get into one of them and reach outside and put the car into double lock the car will not crank.
On cars produced after 12/94 they use EWS2. In those cars you can get in, lock the doors and the car will start normally with the doors locked. However if both cars are locked with a key in the door you cannot unlock them from inside the car.

Guys sorry for so long time but I haven't had time yesterday. I screen recorded everything from INPA today and will upload it tomorrow. I plugged back my EWS module and no crank at all and I couldn't even go inside Body/EWS in INPA just get some error message and as fast as I jump EWS, the starter spins and try to crank the engine.
I can't imagine it's anything else than ignition/antenna ring/transponder/key/dme/ews which could be broken. The car was behaving like normal just 1 day before it suddenly stopped to crank at all.
I would like to invest in new parts. The car can't just stay parked 3 months now and it's sad. Summer is gone in Sweden very soon or at least a little bit of the sun gonna be gone soon. I'm ready to buy a DME, EWS II and key chip. Is that all I need? What's about aligning these new parts to my car? Is it just to swap them and that's it?? Dot need to be same car as mine? I can actually get a set of these 3 parts for about 100 bucks but they coming from an E36 320 from 08/98 and my car is from 12/95 an E36 328.

I believe if you swap a matched set they usually just work together because people without INPA have been doing that in engine swaps for years

Yep I know I've read the PDF. However, my point is the OPs car would not be behaving typically so it could not be used as a diagnostic sign

I was thinking the ring too but why starter kicks on even when theres no chip inside the key? And what's matched set?

The starter only works with no chip when you bypassed the EWS module, which is how it is supposed to work and what you said in post 54

Matched set mean not a load of mixed up components but a working MATCHING set from another car
Have you read this? http://www.e38.org/EWS.pdf It may help with your understanding

No. There would be no effort made whatsoever to start the engine. Go to an automatic transmission equipped car and move the gear selector away from P or N, then start the car. The ZKE gives the same result. Nothing at all happens.
It is not a question of cranking over but failing to fire, it is a giant nothing. No crank, no nothing.
Here is some INPA live data. Only ignition on. No start ups.
