I guess this will have been answered before; I have fitted a OEM navigation entertainment system to my 2008 r56 cooper s, which came from an identical car of the same year.
Its working fine except now there is no sound from the rear parking sensors that work with the original system, and are working, has seen on INPA.
I have entered vo code $609A Navigation system professional and deleted code $6FCA Mini boost CD, only into the CAS, but not the FRM, due to error COAPI-2000. EDIABAS or SGBD error
I will be trying a different version of ncsexpert later to see if it resolves my problem accessing the FRM module.
I am not sure if I also need to add $6UHA traffic information as this appears to be working fine.
I would be very grateful if anyone can offer advice on resolving the parking sensor issue or the FRM problem, what does the FRM influence on the parking sensors, or any info regarding coding.
I have now updated codes in both cas and frm, but still no sound, INPA can see the sensor distance monitoring but says no speakers available wrong code.
Can anyone offer help. Many thanks
