FS/FT/Partout? 1995 540/6

Time to part ways with my HE53. It's a '95 540/6 speed sport (not M-sport) with 250xxx miles, black over tan. Unfortunately, the car has lived its life in the Northeast, and has a lot of rust: doors, rockers, and some other spots. This was a drift/autox track project. My plan was to swap all the good 540/6 bits into a clean 530iT shell, but I'm in need of a daily driver and my attention is on other projects now.

The good:

-Original 540/6
-Solid engine/transmission, shifts well, accelerates well, nothing weird
-Completely stock besides wheels (16" E39, but have originals) and PO installed Bilstein sports (now in bad shape) and H&R springs
-Fairly nice interior, windows/sunroof/stereo all work
-New tires last year with low miles
-Fair amount of spare parts included

The bad:

-A lot of rust on the shell
-Suspension is pretty much toast all around, rear shocks/mounts are noisy
-Paint is not good and basically every body panel is goofed up in some way. Nose panel was dented, so it was removed
-A/C in-op, never attempted to diagnose
-This was a drifting project, so the rear diff is welded (was open 2.xx)

I will hopefully get some pictures uploaded tomorrow.

The car is now off the road and I'll be parting the car out slowly, PM for interest in parts. Seats are gone.

The car is currently located in Fairfield County CT.

well i have a daily driven 99 accord if you wanna trade? runs and drives perfectly....just have to deal with the logistics of transport if your interested.....if not im interested in the clucth...pressure plate and flywheel

To update, front seats are gone. Drivetrain/brakes/swaybars pending. Rest of interior is available. Other odds and ends/small pieces all available.

Are there clips in the back for the trunk net ? I am looking for those and the net. Also would be looking for the door tweeter hardware and small plastic covers. I see them on the doors.

Bump. Rest of interior (door cards, dash, console, rear shelf, rear seats, headliner, etc.) available. Have not taken a deposit on drivetrain yet either. PM with any interest.

Bump- still have complete M60B40, parchment interior minus front seats, complete 6 speed swap.

I'd like to move this relatively soon, so I would also take offers for the whole car. Don't need to get rich, just want to move it and not have to scrap anything useful.
