Need Help. i needed to replace the radiator, so i ordered one then took it apart and i disconnected the battery and it took about a week for all the parts to arrive. then put it all together, connected the battery up. and it started up fine, then stalled. time after time. starts perfectly fine... hits somewhere around 2000 rpm on startup then stalls.
i did drive it with leaky rad. but it ran and started the last time before backing into the garage. The stalling only happened after repair.
Sounds like your fuel pump isn't delivering enough fuel, possibly because the fuel filter is clogged.
Suggest you check fuel pressure. If it's low, expect to replace fuel filter and try again. Most likely the filter, possibly the pump.
This assumes that you put things back together correctly.... Remember Mechanic's Rule: Always look at where you touched it last.

alright so i did a pressure test and at PRIME it jumped to 48psi, then dropped and held at 44psi. At START UP jumped back up to 48psi until it stalled (after 2 seconds) then fell back down to about 43 psi. after 20 minutes of it being off it dropped down to 36 psi..
i dont believe i touched anything outside of the cooling system when replacing anything (besides the battery)
Scan for diagnostic codes to pinpoint cause of stalling.
Check the AFM - unplug it and start the engine. If the engine will idle with the AFM unplugged the AFM is bad.
