Power steering pump issue. 86 es

Tonight I went and got another power steering pump from a junk yard. I assumed it was for my year since this is what I asked for..
Having said that I took mine off and realized they are totally different..now saying this which one is the correct one for the 86 es? Seems like I can't find any videos on YouTube or here.
Does anyone have a 86 es with PS that would not mind taking a few photos for me and loading them here?

Attached are the photos of the two pumps, the "original" is on the left which it could be wrong since it rubbed a hole in my radiator hose..

Thanks for the response. I called the junk yard only to find out that they pulled the pump from a 5 series...smh. An I assume there is no way to make this work.

Hey there, sorry to hear about your trouble with the PS pump. I have a known working PS pump from a '86 325es parts car if you're interested.

I'll try to take pics this weekend.

FYI. There were two PS pumps used on the various M20 engines; ZF or Vickers. They are not directly interchangeable due to different brackets, but they can be with the two brackets that bolt to the pump. ZF are by far the most common and can be resealed with an inexpensive kit. The Vickers pump can also be resealed. I've only seen that set direct from BMW.

To the OP. It looks like you have a ZF pump and they sent you a Vickers pump. Although you can, I wouldn't make the conversion in that direction. What you want is a ZF pump from any M20 powered E28 or E30.
