Hey all,
I'm having the passenger side rocker panel repaired and repainted and was planning on filling both rockers with fluid film (lanolin)( I have the 360 extension wand). The problem being, I can't find a way into the rocker. There doesn't appear to be any holes or access. At first I though the lift points would give me access but that does not appear to be the case. How does everyone else reach their inner rockers for rust proofing? If I have to drill holes, where would be an ideal location?

I'm afraid drilling is the only option. Find some water tight plugs first, then drill hole at a hidden location slightly smaller than plug size for a tight fit, and you are done.

If you remove the plastic trim piece that hold down the edge of your carpet and door seal and lays on the inside of each door opening pull back your carpet, there are small holes about every 10 inches that access the inside of the rocker panel.
Thanks for the replies guys. I pulled back the carpet and found the holes. They should give me complete access to cavity Wax the inner rockers.
