Yo dawg what rear spring rates should I get?

Hey guys. I'm about to order new coilovers (Fortune 510s) and get off these Raceland Ultimos I've been rocking for two years. The only issue is. I'm going from a progressive to a linear spring and my current setup is softttttttt (see picture below.) I can vaughn gooter like nobodies business right now and it's sick. I really like being able to feel the rear of the car squat, dig in, and take off. That being said. I'm ordering coilovers and SLR and wanted to see what kind of rates the N/A dudes were running. or what rates you think would allow me to continue gootering. I actually really like these racelands. I have them all the way up in the front and I swapped out the rear springs for some tein progressives. From what I read they're 350-700 progressive rate. Which translates to really soft. Especially as they are super old and also off of an e36 and pretty rusty. I honestly would stick with this setup because I actually really like the way it drives. But unfortunately the Racelands are drooping about an 1/8" after every event in the front and the rear shock bushings are about to blow out of them. (They really shouldn't be drifted on ever)

700# springs, in the rear, is what I've mostly seen on the internet. It's what I went with and I was quite pleased with how my car drives. That's for stock power though. Apparently the big power boys are running springs in the 400ish pound ballpark

Fortune told me to run 10k front / 8k rear with a 420whp LS swap

I am at 8K front 12k rear on AST 5100's with SLR and no sway bars. Worked well when I was N/A but with boost im going to drop down to an 8k in the rear. My car never pulled the front wheels or anything but it felt really damn good

Depends how much power you make, how much grip you want, and how you drive.

I run 8k and keep the dampers pretty soft. With a 245/40/18 @20psi cold I can keep up with most cars.

Remember that our rear springs aren't direct acting like the macphearson fronts, so rear wheel rates are a fraction of the actual spring rate.

I ended up going with 10k front 8k rear BCs. We'll see how it plays out. I'm aware of the insane rear motion ratio on e46/36. I guess I'm just used to a really soft rear rate. I like feeling the car squat and bite.
