    Thank you so very much, my wonderful friends!

    Your thoughts and prayers must have worked, as my Mom improved dramatically every single day I was there. (She's 89)

    Just finished my 18 hour return journey, including several long dead stopped holiday traffic jams, and the M5 throwing it's belts due to a broken tensioner bolt. Very tired now; left at 4 a.m., arrived at 10 pm.

    Same here. I've been off in different directions and not on the board lately. I know the, "drive to mom pattern," pretty well, though mine was only 3-5 hours. Glad to hear things are better.
