Hello,
I have a 1995iA I am going to be listing soon. I bought the car as a project, decided to go another direction. I am trying to get an idea of pricing...here are the details.
-automatic
-129k
-almost all service records
-runs excellent, no leaks
-very mechanically sound- everything works as it should
-good compression
-no accidents, all original paint
-interior recently restored, 9.5 out of 10. not a 10 because of a couple small items- driver door gasket ripped, no oem floor mats. otherwise perfect
-exterior recently touched up, wet sanded, buffed, polished. only flaws are about 6 small door dings that could be removed
-all original, unmolested, oem wheels
-CA/AZ car
-non smoker
-always garaged
Any idea? Thanks in advance, Mike
Hard to say because you'd rarely find one in such good shape up here. Interior is beautiful and obviously no rust because AZ. You just don't see that up in Canada
In my area I'd expect someone to ask 5-6k for a really well cared for late model 540. You could ask more if it was a manual trans.

Hello- I am actually hoping to finish the exterior buff later today. I used to show cars at a high level and have been doing the work myself, I have a great deal of experience. I will gladly post some pics when I am done. I also have to detail the wheels and replace the hood badge. Other than that, the exterior is done.
Be advised, I am in AZ, I see you are in Florida.
Glad to hear you are taking care of it so expertly. For the right vehicle at the right price I will travel. Road trips are fun! I look forward to seeing the finished car. I hope everything goes as planned. There's not many left of these beauties. I sadly miss my loaded blue on silver '92 535i manual with all the wood trim and euro upgrades that was totalled last year. Now I'm driving a decent '93 black on black 525i auto, but it's for my daughter who starts college in the fall. Then I'll go back to my blue on tan '97 740iL, but would really like another loaded and powerful E34. They are just the right size with the best styling and handling. If I don't get yours I'll have to maybe swap in a V8 or put a turbo on this 525i when my daughter gets tired of it. For now it's a nice get around project car. Thanks

How old is the suspension and the cooling system? Has the trans had regular oilchanges since day 1? Depending on the answers I'd say anywhere between 3500 and 6000.
Please define "interior restored".
