    BMS JB+ on 2014 428i SULEV

    Whatsup guys.

    Just installed the BMS JB+ tune on my 428i (very very simple installation). I was testing it out, but there was a weird smell coming from the hood, a sort of carbon-like smell. I know the installation was correct, don't know why the smell is occurring. Maybe it'll go away after the car gets used to the tune? Let me know if anybody had something similar happen to them. Thanks!

    Cant see how the Jb+ would cause this smell.

    Just a little update: i took the unit off, no more of that nasty smell. Faulty unit possibly? I was also running the JB+ at 50% power
