E36 M3 LS1 - No Longer Available

E36 M3 LS1

Feeler post may need to part with my beloved LS1 E36 M3. It's a Texas and Florida car till this past November, no rust at all. Cosmos Black with Black Interior newly re-done Vader Seats upfront. The car is clean title and accident free to my knowledge. It is a 95 so some of the typical "e36 issues" are present i.e. Loose door cards, head liner is still tight to the roof. I have owned 4 E36 m3s wanted a car with S54 Hp but moreover TQ and it's simply amazing in this chassis! Odometer and chassis have 119k. The LS1 was freshly rebuilt this past fall. There is no more than 4K on the engine now. T56 has 70k miles on it.
I have all the parts for the AC hook up and the harness has a plug for it as well but not installed now.
Again the car is 22 years old she has a couple little dents on the drivers door, the power windows can be a little finicky at times, the rear passenger C pillar is cracked so I just pulled it off. The glovebox is sagging a bit.
Headliner is strong no sag.
327whp 351wtq and I'm running a stock cam. She does have the LS2 243 Heads so 400/400 whp/wtq very attainable with upgraded cam. Basically 380hp 400tq at the crank now. 2000 LS1 from WS6, LS6 Intake manifold, custom Headers back to exhaust, with motor mount and Tranny Mounts all CX Kit which I have been very happy with. Also built 3.91 LSD with 40% lock.
T56 6 speed with LS7 clutch and flywheel, new slave and master. New Age Hot Rod custom drive shaft. All new aluminum radiator with 2 Spal Fans.
Has the best swap harness on the market from Wiring Specialties for E36/LS Swap with OBD2 hookup. Upgraded to glass depot headlights, cleared corners and rears.
New plugs, MAF Sensor, water pump, Control arms, tie rods, control arm Bushings, rear trailing arm Bushings.
Suspension is Ground Control coilovers with Eibach Springs 450# and 600# in the front and rear respectively. Has upgraded Eibach front sway bar.
Has 18 CSL VMR wheels wrapped in good condition Michelin PSSs 235/40/18s.

if you aren't in a rush and decide to sell it in 2 months, I'd pay the full asking price! Just in the process of buying a new house, so I can't add debt. Still working to see what I can do now.

Hey thanks guys, not gonna lie, although this isn't a fire sale, I do have to move this car asap due to family matters. I have had 5 offers so far all too low, it's too much car to let go for much less than what I'm asking price (IMHO anyway) Not many 380hp 400tq E36 M3s out there NA or Boosted for that matter. We shall see, I'll keep the thread posted I do have a few guys coming later today.
