Sport and sport + question

I have read the manual on this but it's still not clear to me...As I understand it, sport + turns on the DTC and turns off the DSC.

Why would you want to turn off the Dynamic Stability Control? What is the benefit over sport mode? Thanks in advance.

For serious fun on the track one needs to slide the car.

Otherwise, no reason to turn it off

DSC will not allow throttle steer and probably eliminate trail breaking. Basically it takes away driver control of traction at the axles.

A good driver would turn a much quicker lap in sport plus mode
