Hello everyone,
I would love to get some ideas for exterior and interior cosmetic mods for my cars. I have an e28 and an e21 and most cosmetic mods are compatible with both cars. So far I have added a roof rack and luggage basket, I made a roof fairing out of a German license plate, I vinyl wrapped my car orange, and have added some other interior/exterior mods. See below:

I went simple... Momo Indy mahogany wheel and a custom mahogany shift knob.
And some 15" alloys with a pair of old Porsche fog lights

Amazing! I love everything about your car. The grill decal (I want one!), the mahogany steering wheel and matching knob, the rims, and..... I was wondering about those fog lights. Great idea to take them from the Porsche!!! What lip did you add for your car? It looks great! Thank you for posting!
That's actually a BMW stock valance that came with all 320iS models, I like it because its very flexible and does not crack because it feels almost like rubber.. I've hit it so many times and it's still in great shape! You should def join the BMW CCA and get the decal.... and about the Fogs, I wanted something different from those old rectangle shaped lights, something to make the car stand out and the visibility at night with these lights is amazing... post up some photos of your rides, would love to see your vinyl wrap!

Thank you! You should totally look into it. Your car is the perfect candidate. If you do it yourself you can save a lot of money and it lasts for about 3-5 years in the sun. Avery Dennison vinyl wrap is what we used (very forgiving and malleable), but 3M is great and so it Vixxel (I think is the name) are also excellent.
Interior mod-wise, I just put this in a couple weeks ago. I keep meaning to rehost the guide on installing that e28 center e-brake cover, I dug it up a while ago. I'm also whipping up a leather brake boot to match the shifter boot.

The pic in my sig is very old (~1999), it does not have the bbs trunk spoiler or pin-stripes any more. Some folks like the looks, some don't.

Nice work on the vinyl wrap!
I also like the roof rack, how about some mud flaps to go with?
Came with roof racks and sun roof shield
P1070322 - Copy.jpgchanged color, marina to pacific blue.
Motorsports wheel, Zender gauge pod, red needles, and fake alpina gauge decals. All from previous owners.
I got mine wrapped by Gatorwraps and I am very satisfied! They have a lot of wraps, with lots of types and colors to choose from. You should also check Gatorprints.
Strictly for the bling effect!

as a side note, contact me at ragedriftdesigns@yahoo.com or check out my facebook page ... Rage Drift Designs ... for any custom decals you may need. My prices are unbeatable as its just something I do on the side, not as my full time job.
I still have the same question for the E28 center console... I have a black one in mint condition that I just can't seem to mount in secure way
You can either tack on tabs to the ebrake metal surround or drill in a bracket. Nothing wild.
