Not really. You can search by categories and pictures. The name of the smaller part is just "cover" which is the same name as lots of parts. The part number for it is 12521724375.

This part was unavailable for a while, but it looks like BMW did a run of them, and they are now able to be ordered at a reasonable price. A lot of E31s are missing this part.
