Anyone in SoCal with an Automotive Scissor Lift

I've been wanting to see one of these in person for a long time. Considering on buying one for home use


Does anyone have one or know a shop that does? I want to see how much clearance there is when working near a frame rail to access brake and fuel lines.
This particular style Scissor Lift is completely open in the middle allowing good access to common areas for mechanical work.

The lift companies and distributors don't have any references for the Scissor lifts they sell stating that this is a pretty new design and is growing in the market

Check out BendPak they usually list their lowered height in the spec sheet.

I am not too concerned about lowered height. I more curious as to how accessible certain areas of the car are due to this lifts design. Ideally i would get a two post lift and not worry about this. But I want to put this in my home garage so i am limited on space.
