    Gear shift selector locking switch

    The lock/unlock switch that you lift with your fingers, which is located underneath the gear selector, is not working as designed.
    The switch is required to need a slight force to depress prior to being able to select a gear position but mine has no resistance at all. I can select any gear by moving the lever.
    I assume that there is a spring which needs replacement and I wanted to know if anyone has done this repair and could share the process or provide a link along with part numbers?
