Hey guys, just wondering what kind of mounting setups everyone has. I need on before Saturday, so it's about crunch time for me to figure it out. Research shows there's an OEM holder that goes below the drivers seat, which looks great, but I can't seem to find any. All I can seem to find is the V mounting tabs to mount the actual holder/ bracket to. What extinguisher/mount combo do you guys use?
Hello - there are a few universal mounts available. I've attached a link below - please let us know if you have any questions!

Mine is squished between my seat and the door. But I have no cage and no one cares lol.
Status: Someone put glitter in my oil. Wait. Why's all my oil outside the engine? What's that knocking?
I hose clamped my bracket to the cage because I was lazy as shit
One of my cars it is where the stock e-brake handle would be and the other its on the passenger side of the trans tunnel.

I'm a huge fan of suppression systems and can't understand why everyone doesn't run one.
With that said, I also have a small one mounted on my trans tunnel sorta by the stock ebrake handle.
As my first time drifting, I'm not sure I want to commit to the cost of a full system yet. If I truly pursue it as a hobby, it will be a serious consideration. I think I'm just going to get a universal bracket mount for under my seat, and see if I can find an extinguisher/ bracket that pops onto that relatively easily. Thanks for the suggestions!
the fire extinguishers they sell at Orileys and similar places come with a mount. I just used that and 2 self tappers.
Mine is mounted to my seat floor plate under the front part of the seat cushion, but in front of the actual seat frame. perpendicular to my legs.
I popped mine right in front of the seat rails. Only gets on the way when I'm trying to bend my knees doing distance drives.. but I have a 335i to be comfortable in! Got a nice bracket for it, and it's pretty solid. My one worry is that Club Loose requires a metal bracket, and while the bracket itself is metal, the part that the extinguisher actually mounts into is plastic, and is the mounting holder that came with the fire extinguisher. Going to have to get in touch with them to see if I'll pass tech.
