Different information screen problem, please help !!!

the battery was dead
i replaced it and what ever happened dsc unit was burnt
i replaced that too with a original bmw dsc repair kit(electronic part of dsc)
a few days i drove the car without reprogramming it
everything was fine except abs dsc lights
then i left the car to bmw service to get it reprogrammed
they have done a good job i think
the lights went off
but i realised that the computer screen was stuck on camera mode
its showing front cam view
reverse is working when backing up too
but cant see either computer or navigation screen
just showing front cam
i cant change it to any other screen
btw i see that nav unit seems to be working and stereo works too
just nothing else than cam view on screen

anyone here have ideas ??? i will be so thankful

E85 Z4 nav has front and rear cameras?!? I was not aware of that. Aftermarket addon perhaps?
