Oh but come on, clearly Max deserves the championship! I mean he's making such a rise, coming from so far back in the standings so obviously he should be allowed to break into FIA headquarters, delete a few hundred points from everyone else and give himself a few thousand points. Everyone knows he deserves it, and if FIA would say anything about that then they're just mongoloids trying to kill racing.

Congrats to the Legend Lewis Hamilton. 4XWDC.

The degenerate super thug Vettel was up to no good again. Attempts to take out both MAX and HAM and overtakes Massa off track. Still he escapes penalty. Scuderia should quickly sign up Ricciardo to school this cretin.

I think Bernie was right when he said that the new F1 fans are no better than thugs. Death threats, booing, really child like behaviour.

True four times champ wouldn’t lose to a title to a second tier driver like Rosberg.

No, it was technical problems that let down The Legend

Watching Hamiltron whine, complain, and cast blame while being passed by a Renault engine under blue flags is a mighty fine consolation.

What do you guys think about the 2021 engine blueprint?

    • 1.6 Litre, V6 Turbo Hybrid
    • 3000rpm higher engine running speed range to improve the sound
    • Prescriptive internal design parameters to restrict development costs and discourage extreme designs and running conditions
    • Removal of the MGUH
    • More powerful MGUK with focus on manual driver deployment in race together with option to save up energy over several laps to give a driver controlled tactical element to racing
    • Single turbo with dimensional constraints and weight limits
    • Standard energy store and control electronics
    • High Level of external prescriptive design to give ‘Plug-And-Play’ engine/chassis/transmission swap capability
    • Intention to investigate tighter fuel regulations and limits on number of fuels used

I hate the bolded part. F1 edges closer and closer to a spec series....

They copied from MotoGP, where there is a piston size for all manufacturers, and bore diameter, universal ECU.

Sweet! Let’s have every team go to a Dallara chassis with a choice between Honda and Chevy engines to seal F1’s fate...

Much like they tried to fix the formula to allow cars to follow each other more closely. It definitely didn't work and made things worse. Instead of going spec on turbos, internals, batteries, etc they should fix the aero issues. But no, let's change something again - just when the teams/PUs are getting closer to an equilibrium. Idjots.

I’ve been saying that for a while - deal with the aero to eliminate/reduce the ridiculous washout on the chasing car, and then I think we’ll see parity between most of the field, especially with Sauber going to current year spec Ferrari engines next year.

I've had about enough of all the "fans" that have started following F1 in he last few years. Like everything else in our world, social media has given a voice to the uninformed, and it seems to have hit record levels this season.

    yay
I am not very positive about the future of F1.

    - New non-European ownership
    - No appreciation for the heritage
    - Wants to turn it into a recurring American Super Bowl
    - Wants more races rather than improving the ones that currently exist
    - Democratizing the sport necessarily means dumbing it down
    - Selling out pit garages for brand stunt ads
    - Diminished prestige
    - FIA completely out of control with safety regulations for cars and tracks
    - Gasoline being phased out in favor of electric
    - A desire to level the competition rather than celebrating competition in engineering and driving

Not very enthusiastic about it at all. But I'm done after this season anyways. #nohalo.

Marchionne already said if F1 keeps dumbing down just for money's sake they will not be involved in F1 anymore. If it loses its DNA and sporting factor....

It should be like it was on WEC, one high downforce and one low downforce bodywork homologated, with few modifications allowed during the year. I think teams are spending more money on aerodynamics during the year than in actual engines....

Then it's not really a Formula class, then is it? It'd be a spec racing class, of which there are tons of series to watch.

Honestly, I don't get the V6 thing. They just don't sound good. Maybe if they remove the MGU-H they'll have to wastegate more flow and that'll open up the sound, but still, I'd rather them go to more cylinders.

Why not a 1.8L V8, or even something like a 2-2.2L V10, and open up the fuel flow limits so they can make 1000 BHP? The aero regs now would easily allow that to not be out of the question.

It really does read like they are working towards a spec series. Not good...

Bolded part in particular was amusing. Funny, but true.

Yes, open up.the fuel flow limits. Asking the engines to rev 3000 higher but still keeping the flow at 100kg/hr is just stupid. Nobody is going to rev it above 11-12k rpm. It's going to be remain in the same rpm band and sound the same. Completely clueless and senseless ideas.

What is really going to happen by removing the MGU-H?

I’m all for bringing back the V8s or V10s.
