    Welcome to the forum!

Well Bluish color smoke would be oil burning, white can be coolant, and black is unburnt fuel. The fact that you have zero exhaust can play in as there is nothing to absorb it, but typically it will be the CCV going bad.

+1 likely CCV, but also since you're running catless it's likely nothing if it's a small amount of smoke. Is there any more oil consumption than normal and is there a lot of smoke?

A failing head gasket will give white smoke. Run your finger around your tailpipe, the antifreeze will be sort of slimy. Do a compression test to check your ring wear - smoke under acceleration is rings. Smoke after it's been idling awhile and you step on the gas is the valve guides. CCV's are easy - so it doesn't hurt to start there. CCV's also cause other pressure related problems like a leaking valve cover gasket.

Thanks for all the ideas ! And it's not that much smoke it only does it when I downshift and it smells like oil

Yes, start with the CCV (Crank Case Ventilation), that is probably what they are talking about.
