Does anyone know if a set of wheels with 17 inch rims that came off a 2002 330i will fit a 1971 E9 3.0 cs?
Thanks!
I don't think it'll work, but what are the sizes and offsets?

It may. The E9 is similar chassis wise to the E3. E3 again is close to the e12. I run 17x8.5 offset 20 on my e12.
They may scrub a little. I'd recommend 16's though. A much better look than stock 14's or 15's.

E3 and E9 run an offset of 20mm. The 330i's offset is more of a range from 35mm to 45mm. I think that will be putting the wheels too far out, and more than likely cause rubbing on the fenders.
I run 17x8's on my Bavaria with a 20mm offset. The only issue I ever had was a wheel weight hitting a front shock when turning sharply to the left.
