Ordered the wrong parts, are they the same (head gasketset)

hi all,
(first time poster, long time idiot)

Well my shiny new parts just arrived, but they seem to be incorrect.
i wanted a Head gasket set for a E46 rebuild, i have a right hand drive car (UK) but ordered a left hand drive gasket set.
Anyone know what is different? if it just one gasket like one of them is different, then i will reorder then one part save me sending the whole thing back.
