Just curious what everyone's opinion/experience is with running tires that have been damaged. Specifically, I'm wondering about chunking. I had some camber and driving issues that resulted in chunking my Star Specs. I would guess there are 4-5 spots around each tire (see photos). Any concerns with safety? I'd like to run these another day or two to get my money's worth out of them.... I'm just not sure if I should be worried about safety or not.

If there is any chance for a blow out i wouldnt risk it. The second pic shows a hole that a sharp rock or something could puncture. I understand you want to use them up as much as possible but there is a difference between using up worn tires and using up damaged tires. Its not worth risking the car...

I'd say that's on the iffy side, sorry. If I needed one last race to qualify for something, I'd run that. If the race didn't matter, I probably would pack it up.
First pic, I'd run that one ok - it's the second one - the pretty deep gouge - that concerns me.
