We need way more info than just a video.
Remember we are not there to see what's going on.
Month/year production. EWS or not? Why are there components missing and wires loose?

So, um, I noticed that your video says "Manuel Jump Start"......I take it that the guy in the purple shirt is named Manuel? Maybe ask him why he's trying to start a car that doesn't have an intake manifold on it, or a throttle body, or even a dashboard? I mean, that's an intake manifold on the right front fender, isn't it? So how's the engine getting fuel?
He's hotwiring the starter, on a very late model E36, judging by the steering wheel. What would make you think that this will start the car?
Okay, here's my guess: you've got a bad key, or a bad EWS antenna ring, or someone messed with the EWS.

Its a 1995 e36 325i and i was told to try n start the starter Manuel with a wire to see if it turns, all i get is a click n no turn with the key, so it could be ews antenna ring ? I check all the ground wires and wires arent loose, also could it be a bad relay? I also try to connect the obd2 scanner to see what was wrong and also got an error when trying to read it.
Tony, you need to know that "Manuel" is an Hispanic name. "Manual", on the other hand, means:

And, how exactly did you plug an OBD2 scanner into a '95? Because OBD2 began in '96....... You will need a BMW diagnostic scanner, plugged into the 20-pin underhood connector, to talk to the car even a little bit. And that won't be much.
Please provide the production date, or the last 7 digits of your VIN.

The last 7 digits of my vin # is FM04695
Considering the mess inside the cabin, is the ews module even connected? I wouldn't start blaming the key ring unless you've eliminated the rest.
Is the key the car's original key?
Was the car working previously and then did something to make it stop working?
Yeah, you're right Abel; the whole dashboard being missing might well indicate there's a whole bunch still unplugged.
