How to get the wood trim piece off around the HVAC and radio?

On my 96 840 the HVAC broke off on the right side from behind the wood. How does the wood panel come off? I have replaced the black plastic on my 95, but i do not see any screws for the wood. i guess i will some how have to epoxy the mount back on once i get the wood off. I searched and nothing came up that i could see. Thanks

if you have the OEM wood console the two top bolts are actually placed differently. You have to remove the MID to get access to the two (or three) bolts. All else is the same with the plastic console.
