I was doing some coolant line work on my N63 550i engine and noticed that one of the turbo wastegate actuators is puking oil. It seems like it it coming from the cavity. I guess two questions:
1) I didn't think these wastegate actuators had seams or welds that could leak in this area?
2) Where is the oil coming from? The exhaust section? Does this mean a bad seal?

Pull off vacuum hose going to actuator, I'm betting it'll have a ton of oil in it.
Ok, I have an issue with oil leaking from the wastegate actuator. Does this mean I need a new actuator?
My actuator turned out to be fine. There actually is no hole in the center to leak out oil. You probably have the same thing I did, which was a mixture of coolant dripping down from the turbo coolant lines, and oil splashing up from the oil leak that happens on the top of the engine on the turbo oil return gasket.
If you do have oil in the vacuum line, it can only have come from the vacuum pump, and that plus all the other vacuum lines would have to be replaced because you have oil in the vacuum reserve. But I think this is very unlikely. The leak would have make the turbo inoperable (because the wastegate would never close). You'd notice that for sure in reduced acceleration.
