I just got my Schwaben 14020SCH code reader from ECS today, as well as the Bentley Manual the other day. Hooked it up and only got 1 code - P1175 - Fuel Trim Adaptation Additive Bank 2 Malfunction. I searched the Forum and came up with some great info. I will take off the top engine cover and check around for any obvious vacuum lines that need replacing. It seems most people have eventually taken it in for a smoke test as well. I saw some MAF references as well. When I took it to Autozone, their scanner said it was the MAF sensor, however I didn't get the specific code from him. I sprayed mine with MAF cleaner, however the CEL came back on after about 70 miles. Does the P1175 code really have anything to do with the MAF, or does this code usually wind up resulting in a vacuum leak of some kind of the driver's side/bank? Car idles very smoothly, and is only slightly rough for the first maybe 30 seconds or so after first starting in the morning, then it clears up.
Regards, Chris.
