I had a buddy with an E46 330i VF Engineering Stage 2, headers, intake, exhaust, tune, and he was pushing close to 500. It really depends on your budget.

You are starting with 170 crank hp, about 150 rwhp. What supercharger? You will probably need to run enough boost to need intercooling assuming you are running pump gas. If you have not bought all these parts yet, consider selling the car and buying a car that is faster. E46M3, 135i, 335i for example.
