Are all E46 seats interchangable or are there different seats with new different packages that won't fit certain 3 series variants?

All seats are interchangeable as far as bolting up but its not that simple. Sedan seats are different than Coupe seats and Convertible seats are different than either. Mix that with a mix of available power, manual, sport, and heaters and your have quite the davinci code to figure out.

But the good thing is both the drivers and passenger leather is the same, so you can swap them from one side to the other. The coupes do pose a problem as it has two latches on the passenger side, while the driver only has the one.
