Head Replacement - OBD1 M52 to OBD2

Hi All,

I am swapping my cracked S52 head for a built M50 head. The only problem is this head is OBD1, and I know if has a different number of temp sensors. I'm looking for some guidance on what I need to do/buy to complete this swap.

P.S. This project has been stalled for several years so please excuse any errors in the above statement.

You need to swap over the valve springs from the S52 cylinder head onto the M50 cylinder head.
For the extra coolant temp sensor, you can use a bolt with a crush washer and it will be perfectly fine.

No need to swap springs ... it would be a good idea if they are stock, but the m50 springs will work just fine. If they are aftermarket (supertech or something), they'll be fine of course.
