    It stopped right after I went back to what I normally put in so I figured that's what happened. Any ideas /suggestions as to the other issues

    If you don't believe in synthetic oil, try the Rotella 15W-40 conventional oil, it's the viscosity the owners manual calls for. Diesel oil is highly detergent to deal with soot issues. Seafoam can be used in gasoline, oil or put directly into the intake manifold to clean carbon deposits.

    Gave away my BMWs, driving a VW and an Audi now.
