Intermittent radio and turn signal indicator 97 528

The turn signal indicator on the dash (both visual and audible) work intermittently, mostly not. I have a similar problem with the radio. When the signals do work, so does the radio???? The outside signals work all the time. 300k on the old beast. Ideas?

What is the overnight battery voltage? Also, when the engine is running a 1000 RPM?

Ignition switch probably. Do the visor test and report back.

I did the visor test...no change I also did something I read in another post about disconnecting the battery, touching the two cables together for a short time and leaving the cables off for 20 mins (sounds strange, but so is the problem)...No luck there either (I was wondering if standing on my head and whistling Dixie might help :-)

The issue has been resolved. Although I reported yesterday that none on the suggested (both current and past) fixes worked, one of them must have as a bit later in the day, the signals and the radio began working again. Thanks all
