Pneumatic Wastegate Actuator x 2, Replacement Instructions

Hi Guys,

Can anyone tell me the correct procedure in replacing the 2 wastegate actuators??? I can't get to them without taking out the aux electric fan.?? Can anyone help?? or do I remove something else first?
Model in 2011 X5M (S63 engine 4.4 Litre Twin Turbo)

Aux fan comes out. Not the easiest thing to do.
why are you replacing both EPDWs?

IS replacing pneumatci actuator the same with the electronic actuator? Sounds like electronic actuator has more precise air flow intake control.
