    Width and offset for 535xi

Looking to buy some summer wheels and looking at what fits best without rubbing or excessive camber massaging etc.

Would like to get at least a 19x9 wheel, square setup.

    Any info will help, thanks.

I really like the Apex ARC8 wheels that I have been running on my 99M3 and 08M3 for 6-7 years. Light and strong. We have an 08 535xit as well, but it runs stock sport package 18x8.5 with 245/40/18 summer and 17s with snows in winter. The 18s are really heavy. Not sure what the E60 offset is or whether Apex has anything that would work.

Which wheels do you have now?

    http://www.bmwstylewheels.com/

On the back of your wheels the offset will be stamped. 17x8 ET43's are typical stock wheels.

Then use this site to figure out which offset/widths have the same inner position as your stock ones:

    willtheyfit.com

And then use that site to also compare tire sizes so that front and rear have 1% or less difference in rolling diameter.

However, knowing that the roads in Colorado aren't that good, you may want to avoid 19" rims (think potholes damaging the rims) since you'll probably need to run 30/35 profile tires.

Does the E60/61 use a less common hub bore that the OP also needs to match up or use adapters with?

the x-drives come with 43 offset. you can put regular non x-drive offsets without issue. i believe they are 34.

i have 15mm spacers on the front and 20mm spacers on the rear (will go to 25mm) with the stock 43 offset no problems.

No, it's the same as most of BMW's sedans since 2004.
