I am currently running Ground Control coilovers with Koni shocks and a 400/450 setup. That is too soft for me for track days. I am going to switch the springs for 500/600 and shocks to Bilsteins. I need advise on the shock rates and site to buy. I ran GC 650/800 on my 88 E30 M3 with Bilsteins valved to DTM specs. The car was perfect! It racked very flat. How do I get there on my 1998 M3 sedan?

I would talk to guys at Ground Control and purchase higher rate springs from them.
As for where to buy, everyone has a favorite, some prefer Tire Rack for the components, others use Bav Auto, etc., etc.. I look at ECS Tuning, Turner, TC Kline, BimmerWorld…

Yeah you should be able to just get new Eibach springs from GC and pop them in your existing setup, and adjust the shocks to match (GC should be able to advise on shock settings too). I run 440/550 and am happy with it on the track, but I also still daily drive my car so it has to be somewhat civilized on normal roads.
