I bought two 83 320i then came up with 3rd one with good deal.
I was wondering if there is lots of request for parts I do not mind buying it. Please let me know what you need? It is 1983 320i stick shift.

What is 2 piece and 3 piece? And which one is better?

They are referring to the transmission. The Getrag 245 is worth more as it is commonly swapped into 2002's.Originally Posted by 51mike

No there is not a lot of demand for parts. If you want to buy it and part it out and make a profit you need to get it cheap. You can get non running complete parts cars for $350 or so, and that's about all they're worth. Hard to make a profit parting it out even at that price.

Do you have a picture of the console? Does anyone know if the late console will go in to the early easily enough?
Im ditching AC and the PO hacked up the console doing a headunit install.
Also could use the speaker covers.

i need a couple of parts if there still available, 1, frequency valve, also known as the cycle valve. its the fuel pressure return line if its in usable condition. must be from years 80,81,82,83 2, shifter boot, 3, fuse box cover, 4, the pop out latches if there not all wether beaten. please let me know thanks in advance ED..
