    Coolant Resevoir rupture

Rupture on lower side of my 2004 BMW 645ci coolant resevoir, Other than the resevoir should I replace any of the hoses? Is the replacement straight forward? Any advice appreciated

Check the vent hose that runs from the driver side of the radiator, across the top of the radiator, and to the coolant tank. Depending on your mileage, it's probably the only one that I would replace as preventative maintenance. Well, that and the vent hose that connects the two cylinder heads, and then to the coolant tank.

Both of those hoses use plastic pieces that are prone to breaking.
