01 325xi Wagon Vibrations NEED HELP!

So i have another question regarding noises/ vibrations slight vibration when accelerating over 3k rpm in 3rd gear, and any rpm in 4th and 5th, also today i just recently noticed that when i let off this gas this kind of drone which i know is not the exhaust was coming from the middle or rear of the car, id say more of the rear it was a drove/vibration. If anyone knows what could possibly fix these two issues it would be greatly appreciated. Trying to pinpoint what could possibly be the issue and go with each of those rather than going on a goose chase. Thanks, Steve
