    E61 M Sport Wagon 6 speed manual

Any idea how rare these are? I've got a line on a 06 530xit carbon black with black leather interior and 85K miles. Any idea what these are worth? Hard to price a unicorn!

    Thanks!

IMHO, it depends on the condition and the service records....(and how bad you gotta' have it)
There is no "BOOK" for this

Its a one owner, no paintwork, full service history car. Not showroom, but very clean. PPI showed very little. Nice color combo too.

$16k for an 07 530xit is more than twice what I would pay. You can get a 100k mile 535xit for $10k.

it is finding the manual that is difficult. they are not that common, and the prices do not reflect it because most people who are just looking to buy a wagon are looking for automatics, so the manuals are only worth more for those that are really looking for one.

I saw 2 07's 110,000 and a 98,000...both should have come with big pieces of CHEESE, they were RATS...and in the 11-13,000 range and no BMW dealer service records, in addition mine has 4 new tires comfort seats, window shades, a mint interior, and the exterior is about a 9+.
