Donor car for S54 swap to e36

Stopped by my mechanic today and they have a e46 M3 that was in an accident. He wants the SMG out of it and will let the rest of the car go for what I think is a pretty good number. Car is located in Richmond, VA and the shop used to service this car before it was damaged in a wreck.
That would give you:
engine
wiring harness
exhaust sections
ecu
fuel regulator
fuel pedal

Basically every thing you need to bolt it up to your e 36.

ditch the harness order a Z3M harness if you dont want to have the DME on the driver side.. you need a swap harness or do the splicing yourself

do the proper maintenance, check or change the rod bearings, do the CVP o-ring on the block, change the necessary gaskets, do the VANOS with Beisans kits, check the oil pump disk and exhaust hub

Shifty, I have an s54 in my track car. I posted this for anyone looking for all the stuff to do a swap. You get the car less the smg which the shop wants. Agree on the Z3M harness which is what I want with in my build.
