Hello
I've been looking to buy a 2010 or 2011 7 series with all options like adaptive cruise and rear seat entertainment. I found a 2015 7 series with a rebuilt title loaded with less than 10,000 miles. Would it be a good idea for me to get it if the dealer comes below 40k due to it sitting on the lot for more than a year? The damage is front and rear based on vehiclehistory.com but the photos look immaculate no stains no scratches no dents. Dealer has pretty good reviews too.
If it was me, I would stay away from a salvage/rebuilt title - if you're considering it, make sure to get a FULL and extra-detailed PPI report. Have the shop go through everything to make sure the fixes were done to spec.

Check with your insurance company as well. Some companies won't insure rebuilt title vehicles.
