    Fuel trim question

Hi everyone. Im chasing down a problem with my car that has a very high long term fuel trim.
Monitoring the fuel trims with inpa i noticed that when idling with the car fully warmed up the short term fuel trim remains close to 0 but if i rev it up to 2500 and maintain it the value goes up to 1.05-1.10.
If i reset the adaptations, after driving for a while the long term trims go high up to 12. I dont know if thats the limit or if it can go higher but inoa isnt showing it..
From what ive researched if there is a vacuum leak after the maf sensor, the stft should go down when rpms go up. But thats not the case with my car..
Could be a faulty maf? Or an exhaust leak before the o2 sensor can trigger that symptom?
    Any ideas?

Yes, a bad fuel fuel filter or could also be caused by the fuel injector being stuck open.
