97' BMW m3 s54 swapped

This is a FEELER post for my mint Alpine White 1997 BMW m3 with an s54 swap. Ive had the car for over 4 years and put a lot of money into it. I am the second owner and bought the car with 85k. It now sits at 110k miles. Will come with 3 keys and a pretty cool original BMW binder and window sticker.

Engine/Drivetrain- everything done 5k~ miles ago
95k mile s54 from an e46 m3
rod bearings were done at 40k by BMW
Utilizing the stock 5 speed transmission with a full shifter refresh and a UUC DSSR
When engine was out of the car, everything was meticulously cleaned and inspected
New Z3m main engine harness with adapter harness
Vanos filter, solenoid, and gasket replaced along with vanos bolts and cam gear inspection (which both turned out to be okay)
full coolant system overhaul with new oem fan clutch, expansion tank, and temp sensor
Valve adjustment completed
Valve cover gasket replaced, along with numerous gaskets that I have ECS receipts for
All new oem TPS sensors, including a new oem gas pedal
New bosch pre-cat o2 sensors
New spark plugs
New oem bosch alternator, belts, and idler pulley
New OEM sachs clutch kit (clutch, flywheel, pressure plate, TOB .etc)
TWS oil change 500 miles ago
All new fluids
AC delete ( I do have everything you would need if you want to get A/C)
SAP delete
No Check engine light, everything works like it should.
I have a folder full of receipts from the swap that equal out to over 8 grand in parts

Mods-
Manzo ebay headers with OEM exhaust gaskets (no leaks)
Custom built exhaust with V-bands welded onto the headers for easy removal by Silokinautomotive in Long Island.
Dyno tuned by Frank Smith at TTFS and made 314 whp ( VERY fun car)

Suspension/rear end-
ST coilover suspension
New OEM differential bushings (front mount included)
3.38 differential with 90k miles

Car will come with Arc 8 ( 9" fronts and 9.5" rears) wheels with 245's all around.

Interior-
I would rate the interior a 7/10
Black Vader seats
New ZHP knob
New M matts

Theres probably a lot more that I'm missing, but ill update it as I go through all the receipts of the items that I've bought. Car runs great and has been taken care of. This is the engine that the car should have came with from the factory. Only reason I'm selling is because I need to get a car that is more daily drivable for my work commute. Car will come with all of the a/c parts that were removed and the original 3.23 lsd diff.

The bad-
The car is 20 years old, so no its not perfect. Has some door dings on the drivers side, and the infamous glove box sag. Would probably replace some worn out exterior trims.

But really, all it needs is a new owner!

what does the car need to be a daily driver? or is it just the no ac that makes it less then ideal?
