The 6262 is pretty laggy to be honest. It's just a little too big for the b25 i think, at least in a open T3 manifold. I dont have full boost (20psi) until about 4k rpm.
When i sized the turbo i actually had a b28 bottom end which i think would have helped with spool more. The b30 bottom end in my garage will be perfect with this turbo i think.

The gauge in the vent is a defi HD clone from aliexpress. Has inputs for fuel pressure, oil pressure, oil temp, coolant temp, boost, AFR, manifold vacuum, EGT and a couple more i think. It's gimmicky though as it doesnt actually log anything that you can export, you can only "play back" the recordings on the screen so its useless for tuning.

How is the response with the 6262 on the GoodnTight manifold? A 3582 is in my reach is why I ask, also what gauge setup is that in your vent? looks mad
m52 e30 with a G&T manifold and 35r with m3 cams and an obd1 intake, 3" exhaust and good tuning should see 15 psi before 4k.

Going back on another dyno this weekend now that the fueling and timing has been refined.
Wont be the same dyno so results arent comparable.

This dyno reads higher than the mainline so don't really know how much/any improvement there was

Finally tracked down an LSD. Have been running an open 3.15 since day one.
Found a well priced 2.93 LSD on ebay which even with shipping to Australia, is significantly cheaper than sourcing locally.

2.93 should be an excellent match for the gs6-37dz.

Its been a while, life and fatherhood has got in the way a bit but i'm getting closer to starting the 2nd stage of the build.
I've been accumulating parts for about a year now and am now in the right position to start. I'll build this motor first, get it ready to swap the current b25 out and straight in with the new m50b32 dual vanos.

    So far i've got:
    M50 block
    JE 9:1 86.5mm pistons
    K1 135mm rods
    M54b30 crank
M50NV Head - modified to fit dual vanos from M54b30
    E46 ZHP Cams
M50 cam trays modded to fit ZHP Cams
    INA 35mm lightweight lifters
    EFR 9180 1.05a/r twin scroll
    87mm cutring head gasket
    ARP studs
    ACL bearings
    Aluminium Forward facing Intake Manifold
    N62 82mm Throttle body
    HPX-e MAF

Otis will be building me a custom manifold to fit this into the e30 whilst retaining AC and navigating around the RHD steering linkage

Engine will be run on an MS43 ecu. I'm still debating whether to run the e46 pedal. I have a servo from an z3 that enables me to use the stock e30 pedal but retain the DBW setup. I'll figure that out once i start pulling things apart.

Aim is for 700-800hp which should certainly be achievable.
