No Sound in 2013 X3

Driving to work yesterday morning, my car lost all sounds: radio, door chimes, warning chimes, etc. The only sound inside of the car are the turn signals. Bluetooth and radio are connecting, and the navigation and Head-Up display work, but there is absolutely no sound in the car. I tried disconnecting the battery to reset per an online search, which didn't help. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the forum! I would highly suggest trying to get the codes read. There are likely stored codes that will pinpoint the location of the issue.

Do you have the "No Warning Tones" message? If so, I had the same issue with my 2011 X5 35d, and it winds up being faulty comfort access door handles. Try pulling the comfort access fuse and see if that remedies the other electronic woes.

I don't recall seeing that message, but I'll definitely give that a try. Thanks!
