I fell down the YouTube hole last night and came across this video. It was filmed in the UK with euro-specific models, but I was hoping someone could identify the steering wheels (they don't appear to be stock) and address how easy/difficult it may be able to find. Thanks in advance!

One shot it looks like the fuzzy coated zhp steering wheel but may be it's the light. It is definitely a sport option steering wheel

I believe the one on the 330Ci is a perforated leather steering wheel and the one on the M3 is the ZHP alcantara steering wheel.

the one on the 330 is an m sport wheel with padded leather, likely been re-covered with the perforated material.
The one in the M3 is a factory Alcantara wrapped Sport wheel. They were most common in the ZHP models, but were optional in the m3.
