Probably one of the auxiliary water pumps has failed. You'll have to have someone read and scan the codes to get a hint at which one is bad.

Upon further reading from forums, seems to be the aux pump for the turbo. But, how many aux pumps are there?

One for the turbo's, one for the intercoolers, another for the AC/heater, and certain cars have yet another for the auxiliary radiator.

I had the code pulled and it shows turbo aux pump, which is the smaller pump. We replaced it, topped it off and started the car. Message still shows up.

    Any other tips?

Bleed the system properly, clear the codes and see what happens. Hopefully you replaced the correct pump.

No CEL. But, more advanced diagnostic tool shows turbo pump fault.

Is it necessary to delete code or will it clear on its own since faulty part has already been replaced?

You need to clear the codes.
