OE dmf and fx stage 4 will result in zero rattle and an OE pedal feel and engagement.

    Isn't stock flywheel pretty heavy?

    Yes it is.
Which helps spool up your turbo and doesn't rattle at all.

It varies from car to car. Thicker gear oil in the trans helps for some. Increased idle speed can also help.
But I find gear rattle to be one of the most obnoxious sounds. Seriously sounds like someone tossed a bucket of bolts in your oil pan. Sounds like your car is falling apart..

I have an 11lb flywheel and there is noticeable gear rattle at idle. Mine sounds like a metallic version of a baseball card in a bicycle wheel. The thing that I don't like is the stiff engagement. Next time around I will try a dual mass flywheel.

It looks like the tachometer is moving in sequence as far as miles per hour and RPMs. I believe when the wastegate is open I feel some loss of power
I don't think it's the tire slipping or the clutch
Seems more noticeable in fourth and fifth gear
The boost controller saying 6 1/2 pounds I might play with it a little bit and start bringing it up slightly

The comp twin disc I run uses a steel single mass flywheel that is a bit lighter than OE but heavier than most ltw fws. I wanna say it's 17lbs or so. Perfect compromise imo. Zero rattle. Super smooth engagement even for a twin disc 3 puck.

. Turn it up, 6lbs isn't anything. Your still in vf SC power territory.

If he plans to run more boost he should probably upgrade clutch anyway?

Am I correct that the boost controller should be able to allow me to run more boost then what the wastegate spring is, example 7 pounds spring

Yes, the spring is minimum amount of boost you can rub. Controller will let increase it

Yes, consider the Wastegate spring a starting point and use bc to go up. Not sure what you have but some units will change boost levels for different rpms, gears, etc...

Read the manual for your controller can probably be found on their website

Good video! Amazing how the sound of the engine changes when these motors see boost. They sound alive

In a hurry to get to church I see! Awesome build, congrats on the hard work. I'm also a total noob when it comes to boost but plan on it in the future.
