E36 328i where does this hose go?

Hello everyone I am typing this because I have a vaccum leak of the car running weird at idle so my evap purge valve ticks when the key is on position and last night I found a hose that wasn't connected to anything, does anybody know where it goes? It's the hose with the blue stripe. I'll attach pics. Also so I don't post 2 threads my driver's door panel won't come off because of the screw holding it in, I've tried all the gut I've got in me to take it out but it's so stuck in their

I've tried spraying it with WD-40 and still no. I need to take the screw off to take the door panel off but it just won't budge. Pics will be attached I need some help plzIMG_20170427_143658495.jpg1493412800813575936482.jpg

That blue hose connects to the bottom of the vacuum control valve, to the metal tube that runs along the upper timing chain cover. And for the door panel screw, a socket wrench with an extension + a phillips head attachment might work better to break it loose.

Where exactly is the vaccum control valve do you have pic or something, appreciate the input
